Not Fat, Just Husky.

It's really close to official. Darcy will be born either next Thursday, Feburary 14 ( the day pitchers and catchers report to spring training ) or the 15 via planned C-section. Why a C-section you ask? Because our little girl is Husky, at 39 weeks she is already a plump 9lbs 14oz. The Dr. seems to think that is reason enough to get her out and not let her continue to grow. So, there ya have it our baby girl will be born on P & C (pitchers and catchers) Day, or her due date the 15th. I've included some pictures of here from the ultrasound today- check out those legs.

Well, as a mother of four I'll go ahead and speak as an 'expert' ; ) . . . Darcy could actually be born today, tomorrow, or any of the six days between now and February 15th. All of my friends swear by taking castor oil. Personally, I could never down the stuff. But, they do say it works.

If it's any consolation, I have a cousin who gave birth naturally to four babies—all weighing in over 12 pounds! And since everyone always asks, yes, she is just a normal-sized woman.

Yay! I'm so excited for you! Audge, you did say that this could happen =)

As Corey chose to mention her sweet little legs, I'll say that she looks to have the makings of a great mid-fielder or forward!!
