Dancing

Today was Darcy's first Ballet class. She has been so EXCITED to go to this class, we have been talking about it for months. She was quite full of herself all day. On our way to work this morning she had her "money checks" (AKA wallet) and continued to offer me "a card" (her imaginary business card). I finally took it while at a stop sign and she said, "Listen to me, don't put it in your mouth". I wonder where she heard that before.

Dance Class

On our way home Darcy was making a face and I said, "what's wrong Darcy?" She said, "there is nothing wrong with me. why you say something is wrong? nothing happened. I not hurt. My tummy's all better." Needless to say, she could not understand why I was "so" concerned with her. She has really taken on her own personality now she is talking so much and offering her opinion on ALL SUBJECTS.

Fae will be 1 in just 2 weeks...so hard to believe. She is walking around the house...she still prefers to crawl but she gives it a good try walking from here to there. She is such a happy little baby and loves to play with her big sister. She also, loves my dad and corey's dad. She will jump out of my arms to get to either of them...it is so funny.

Spring

We have been having fun with the girls. I know people talk about children being a blessing from the Lord...let me tell you, these girls truly are a blessing from God. They are sweethearts and such a joy to be with everyday! Darcy is our "do do doodle bug". She is a great big sister and always willing to help and watch out for Fae. Fae is our "love bug". She has a great disposition and loves to laugh and play all day.

Darcy also has a great habit of putting her toys away. And she likes them lined up in a certain way. This is how she put her toys up before bed one night...we did not do this she did.

Long lost post

Ok...if anyone still follows the blog...
The girls are doing great! We had such a fun Christmas playing with the girls and listening to what Darcy thought about Christmas was SO funny. All of this caught on video: Darcy - "surprise mommy", as she walked from her room to the living room Christmas morning. Then when she saw all the presents she said, "wow, oh wow"! Too cute. Our hit present this Christmas with Darcy was the last minute purchase, Princess Aroara (sp?), with her long blond hair...Darcy likes to get her fingers tangled in it and as soon as I find a brush/comb to go thru this hair I am sure she will love keeping it well groomed.

Fae got a Baby Einstein jumper. She LOVES it. Please see all the updated pictures below. We love ya!

Fae Lawrence

Fae was born on July 17 (Audri's Birthday) @ 7:51 am. She was 8lbs 9oz and 20 1/4 inches long. Besides that she is perfectly healthy and looks just like her sister Darcy.

Believe it or not these are different kids- the first is Darcy and the second is Fae.

More info to come soon, I'm trying to finish working on some stuff, juggling Darcy and hanging out with Audri and Fae.

Sidenote: the Yankees or as Darcy calls them Ya Yaas have not lost since Fae's Birth.

June

June got off to a rocking start with visits from Josh and Barb Andrews. It was so good to see Vinny again and to finally meet Barb. We had a lot of fun watching old videos from Teen Mania, touring the Gulf Coast, and catching up. Aunt Marcie also graced us with a visit. I know she really only wanted to hang out with Darcy and Anna Belle but we also got to spend some time with her.

We are about a month away from the arrival of baby Fae, we are getting more excited everyday. Darcy likes to point to Audri's stomach and say baby- then she points to mine and says Daddy Baby, its a real confidence booster.

We had spaghetti the other night- Darcy's Favorite meal, here is the evidence.

Easter

We had a lovely 2nd Easter with Darcy this year. We went to church and Darcy and Audri participated in the Baby Parade, then went to Audri's family to have the annual Easter Egg Hunt. That was Darcy's favorite part of the day since it involved being outside on the grass and collecting things that she found off the ground. On Saturday we went to Mandeville for Noah's Birthday Party, we played Paintball at Paintball Command. Paintball Guy is my favorite- that is a whole other culture, and that stuff is expensive. I was by no means aggressive paintball guy but it was a good time and it's great to see Noah enjoy something so much.

Baseball season has started and we are really enjoying watching as many games as possible with MLB.TV. Fantasy Baseball has also kicked off and it makes for some intense moments at home but all in good fun. As of right now Audri is trailing Harold by half a point- UGGHHH OOOHHH.

Here are some pictures from today.
